If you are a local we can combine this coaching with massage, and/or Tibetan Bowl Meditation.

In these courses you will be guided to go from pain to movement, For either a quick or lengthy format.
Some courses are quick courses (like the pulled muscle course). There you will learn through a 20 min video how to properly recover from a mild muscle pull. $50
Some courses are lengthy, like the 3 months self paced course. In this course, through mindset shift, movement routine, breathing and some very practical exercises and games, you will learn different ways to move and different ways to think that will help you tame pain and get your meaningful life back. $150

For those of you who know us, this is a long awaited offer.
The idea behind our retreats is to create and tailor an experience to help people implement our holistic approach. For a few days you will be with like minded people. There we will explore, and implement practical strategies to deal with chronic pain (physical pain, emotional discomfort, stress, anxiety, and some more)
This experience is created as a safe space away from home.
After your return you will have enough practice and experience to keep implementing the necessary shift we will have created together.
We believe that guidance and self growth are meaningful tools that when harnessed can create meaningful change.

The main goal of Philippe’s practice is to help people deal with pain through hands-on therapy, self-care, body awareness and mindfulness.
With a well-rounded Western/Eastern study and a holistic approach, his key tools are Integrative Massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Technique, Structural Integration, Orthopedic Massage, Foundation Training, Movement for Health.
These healing modalities are perfect for people with Lordosis, Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Lower Back Pain, Neck Pain, Degenerative Disc Disease, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and also for professional athletes who need a tuneup or to work out any specific kinesthetic kinks.
After years of learning self-care to improve his own personal health (athletic performance, strains, sprains, a knee injury and back pain), Philippe trained in Orthopedic and Structural Massage and BodyWork.
Philippe is an NLP Practitioner, Holistic Health Practitioner, and a Chronic Pain Coach.

Massage Workshop For Couples
Julie has over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic Integrative Massage treatments for her clients.
With an extensive background of Deep Tissue Techniques, Swedish Massage and Myofascial Release, her massage sessions allow each client to feel significantly open and relaxed, providing deep therapeutic results.
Each massage session is tailored according to the specific needs of her clients.
Julie also offers Massage Workshop for Couples where she will teach you both (hands on) how to give a wonderful and safe massage with love to your family and friends:
Introductory: this 4 hour session includes hands-on instruction, and information on the biomechanics of giving massages.
Advanced: this 4 hour session includes hands-on instruction in deep tissue and pain management massage techniques.
