With years of experience as a massage therapist, I’ve gained invaluable insights into the physical nuances of health. As a meditation guide, I enable my clients to explore their inner selves and achieve mindfulness. Furthermore, my skills as a movement practitioner empower individuals to align their posture and movement patterns, promoting physical balance and harmony.

While I appreciate the depth and complexity of therapeutic interventions, my coaching approach emphasizes empowerment over treatment. I guide individuals through their unique journeys, focusing on actionable, future-oriented strategies rather than past traumas. This doesn’t negate the importance of understanding past traumas; it’s part of a trauma-informed approach that aims to strike a balance between acknowledgment and forward momentum.

Clients who partner with me aren’t merely seeking a passive remedy; they’re driven by desires to break through, grow, progress, and navigate life mindfully. My role is to help crystallize these desires into tangible goals. Together, we lay down the strategies, and I provide the accountability framework, ensuring that the road to achieving these goals is clear and actionable.

My journey from massage therapy to health coaching — and the added dimensions of meditation and movement practice — underscores my commitment to holistic well-being. It’s not just about the body or the mind in isolation; it’s about their interconnectedness and the harmony between physical, mental, emotional aspects, and the interrelation with others.

I want my clients to recognize my distinct position in the wider health landscape. Though the outcomes of our sessions may lead some to see me akin to a therapist, I’m mot. My expertise and range of work stand alone, and this doesn’t lessen the significance of our interactions. So while I’m trauma-informed, my primary role is as a dedicated coach, focused on helping you achieve your goals.

We meet for sessions and discuss strategies to implement between each session. You are encouraged to reach out at any time via text or email between sessions.

Pricing details are as follows:

$350 per session, or $1200 paid upfront for 4 sessions.

Sessions can be scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis.
